Senator/Representative Information:
Connecting with your legislators is the highlight of the Michigan Capitol Connection event. We strongly encourage you to officially schedule a meeting with each of your legislators for Tuesday or Wednesday. Please make your best effort to schedule meetings with every legislator (Representative and Senator) that represents people in your church, not just the two who are directly over your church building. This will give you more opportunities to be a light for Christ and fill your schedule during the day. Also, please make sure to still stop into each office and talk/pray with the staff even if you were unable to get a meeting scheduled with the legislator.

This district map will allow you to see the area that every district covers. From this information, you can determine which districts you have church members in. Plug this district number into the “Find Your Representatives” page on house.mi.gov and click search. This will give you the Representative for that district.

Scroll down to the “Find Your Senator” heading. Click “map.” This will allow you to see the area that every district covers. Google “who is the Michigan State Senator for district ‘blank’” once you determine from the map which districts you have church members in.

On the next page, under "Find a Representative", fill out your street address, city & zip code and click the box "Find A Representative"
